Owasso Police Continue Search for "Upskirter" Suspect

Owasso Police remain on the look out for a man suspected in taking inappropriate photos of women.

Police officers released photos of a man suspected in taking photos up the skirts of women at a JC Penny's store and a QuikTrip. New photos have been released of a similar incident at an Owasso Target store at 9010 North 121st East Ave.

The Target incident took place on Friday, June 20 at 4:48 p.m. while the unidentified woman was checking out at the front registers.

Police say the suspect approached the victim from behind and as he passed, reached underneath the victims dress with a cell phone pointed up. Police are asking the victim to come forward so more information can be given about the incident.
