City Meetings to Address Current, Future State of Tulsa Issues

Information regarding the current and future state of the city budget, public safety and the Arkansas River will be presented and discussed at City Hall meetings located in different parts of the city this summer.

Five "City Hall in Your Neighborhood" meetings will be held. City councilors and mayor Dewey Bartlett will be on hand to present an overview of the issues.

A press release from the City of Tulsa states Bartlett will "provide an overview of the recent city budget process and city budgeting for the future. Councilors will present findings of the River Infrastructure Task Force."

"Improve Our Tulsa" projects and schedules will also be discussed.

Each meeting will be held from 6 p.m. to approximately 8 p.m. Here are the dates locations for the five meetings this summer:

-June 30: District 4 - First Presbyterian Church (Stephenson Hall), 709 S. Boston Ave.

-July 7: Districts 7 and 8 - Tulsa Community College Southeast Campus Performing Arts Center for Education, 10300 E. 81st St.

-July 8: Districts 5 and 6 - Garnett Assembly of God, 2930 S. Garnett Road

-July 28: Districts 1 and 3 - Rudisill Regional Library (Library Hall), 1520 N. Hartford Ave.

-Aug. 4: Districts 2 and 9 - Jewish Federation of Tulsa, 2021 E. 71st St.
