A 25-year-old man from Cushing is dead and two others were injured following a wreck early Monday morning in Payne County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the victim's vehicle was northbound on Norfolk Road one mile east of the Cushing city limits and another vehicle was eastbound on State Highway 33 at 5:30 a.m. Monday. The victim reportedly failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck broadside by the second vehicle.
The victim, Jacob Biggers, 25, was pronounced dead on scene from multiple injuries.
The passenger in the victim's vehicle and the driver in the second vehicle were treated and released at area hospitals.
The victim and his passenger were reportedly pinned in the vehicle for 10 minutes.
