Tulsa's Table will host its second "Pay What You Can" community cafe Thursday.
It's a project by Stone Soup Community which says the event is designed to teach self-sufficiency in growing and cooking healthy foods.
Thursday's cafe will be open at the Thornton Family YMCA at 5002 S. Hudson Ave. from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
Tulsa Table's hopes to create a permanent location for the community where people can enjoy a "pay what you can" lunch, and a full-price dinner in the evenings to subsidize the cost of the 'pay what you can' model.
