Amber Alert Issued for Missing Cashion Baby

Posted: Updated:

Authorities have issued an Amber Alert for missing Kingfisher County girl.

Update:

Investigators have determined that the suspect vehicle is a dark gray Nissan Murano with unknown Texas plates.  They've eliminated a Hyundai Santa Fe as a suspect vehicle saying it was found and cleared in Texas Thursday.

The suspect is now thought to be en route to Utah.

The Kingfisher County Sheriff's Office says 5-month-old Olivia Smith was taken near Cashion.

They're looking for Cindy Finley, 47, who is believed to also be traveling with Jennifer Skousen, 43.

Investigators say Finley “has a mental condition and made comments about having a vision of the child dying in two days,” according to the Amber Alert bulletin.
