- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 Tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon basil
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Wisk together oil, vinegar and spices. Marinate chicken in dressing for 4 hours. Grill until cooked through: 2-3 minutes per side if chicken is pounded flat.
