AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS
AROUND 5 INCHES POSSIBLE. THE RAINFALL WILL END FROM NORTHWEST
TO SOUTHEAST DURING THE DAY ON THURSDAY.
